I'm Tim, an Independent Instructional Designer from Brisbane, Australia. My practice draws upon a breadth of professional experiences and skillsets, from extensive expertise in Education and Training to experiences in Creative Writing and Theatre Production. I am capable of technical feats and abundant creative flare. I am a specialist storyteller with strong writing skills.
It all starts with a problem. Here in the strategy phase, it's important to consider your team's exact needs—knowledge and skillsets alike. A plan should account for operational realities and current and future systems.
Content will be at the core of your training solution. With learning theories and personal expertise, I will craft written content that will speak to the heart of your team and address your key pain points. I can work closely with Subject Matter Experts and/or provided resources.
Design and development work will offer your solution significant production value. eLearning wouldn't be effective without it.
EdTech often brings with it unseen technical challenges. I am open to taking on anything you wish to present. I can also consult on data analysis and evaluation needs.
